Cost of services
Initial home visits
An initial home visit is up to two hours long and costs $185.
What's included:
2 hours of individualized care from a skilled IBCLC to address lactation, breast/chest-feeding, and/or infant feeding concerns and other related topics.
1 week of additional support via phone, text, and/or email.
Access to my library of resources.
Support to ensure that you receive maximum reimbursement from your insurance company.
Communication between myself and the other members of your care team (pediatricians, midwives, OBs, etc.).
Referrals as needed.
What’s not included: A travel fee is applied to initial home visits that are located more than 10 miles from Corvallis.
Follow-up visits
Follow-up visits (only available for those who have already had an initial visit) are 60 minutes long and cost $95.
What’s included:
1 hour of care from a skilled IBCLC to follow up on concerns and challenges that require in-person care.
1 week of additional support via phone, text, and/or email.
Access to my library of resources.
Support to ensure that you receive maximum reimbursement from your insurance company.
Communication between myself and other members of your care team (pediatricians, midwives, OBs, etc.).
Referrals as needed.
What’s not included: A travel fee is applied to follow-up visits that are located more than 10 miles from Corvallis.
Telehealth visits
Teleheath visits are 60 minutes long and cost $95.
What’s included:
1 hour of remote support on a HIPAA-compliant platform to discuss questions about lactation and breast/chest-feeding that do not require or warrant an in-person visit.
1 week of additional support via phone, text, and/or email.
Support to ensure that you receive maximum reimbursement from your insurance company.
