Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Members

I am in-network with OHP and will work with you to identify what lactation services your specific plan will cover.

Non-OHP Members

For all other insurers, I am an out-of-network provider. I charge you a fee for my services, you pay me, and I provide you with what’s called a superbill following your appointment. Your superbill contains all of the codes and information that your insurance company needs to understand the services you received. You submit your superbill to your insurance company, and they will decide how much they will reimburse you. Some companies will reimburse you 100% of my fee; others will reimburse you for some fraction of it (often 30-70%). Please submit your superbills! They keep insurance companies on the hook for the cost of services that you are entitled to by law.

Please note that my fee includes help navigating the US insurance system and advocating for maximum reimbursement.
